In pursuance of the approval of the Syndicate vide agenda no. 07 of its meeting held on 19-04-2011, the following persons who have completed requisite years of their continuous service in one or more Universities are promoted as Senior Lecturer / Lecturer (Selection grade) / Reader / Professor, under the statute for Time Bound Promotion / Merit Promotion / Career Advancement Scheme on a provisional basis, in the subject mentioned against their names, subject to the approval of the Human Resources Development Department, Govt. of Bihar.
In case the Human Resources Development Department does not approve any of these names, the said personal promotion shall cease to be effective immediately thereafter. The promotion list does not indicate their respective / inter – se seniority.
Anomalies, if any, detected at anytime shall be rectified in due course of time.
The consequential financial benefits due to the promotees will accrue only when the university receives grants against the said promotions from the State Govt.
Teachers, who have been promoted in more than one schemes will have to tender their written options, in regard of invoking their final choice for their placement in the particular scheme of promotion, within 15 days from the date of issue of this notification, so as to enable the University Administration to issue subsequently a final notification.
